钢渣微粉改性水泥基钢渣骨料混凝土的配制及性能 被引量:7

摘要 为了推广钢渣在水泥基复合材料中的应用,研究了钢渣微粉和钢渣骨料对水泥基复合材料的影响.结果表明:随着钢渣微粉掺加量的提高,钢渣改性水泥基材料浆体的初凝时间逐渐延长,流动性逐渐增加,抗压和抗折强度逐渐降低;随着钢渣骨料粒径的增加,钢渣改性水泥基混凝土的抗压、抗折强度也呈现增长趋势,并最终确定作为粗骨科的钢渣粒径为13.2 mm与9.5mm,而且两种粒径钢渣骨料的质量比为1∶1时,所配制钢渣改性混凝土的工作性能与力学性能最佳;研究还表明,当粗骨料钢渣块粒径不变时,随着钢渣微粉掺量的增加,所配制钢渣混凝土的抗压、抗折强度呈现降低趋势,并最终确定钢渣改性混凝土中钢渣微粉的最佳掺量范围为10%~20%. In order to promote the application of steel slag in the cemented composites, effects of steel slag powder and steel slag aggregate on cemented composites were investigated. The results shows that with the increase of the mixing amount of slag powder, initial setting time of cement-based materials gradually increases, its paste fluidity extends, and compressive and flexural strength decreases with the increase of the particle size of the steel slag aggre-gate, compressive and flexural strength of steel slag modified cemented concrete also shows a growing trend, and ulti mately it was determine that the optical aggregate particle size of steel slag is 13.2 mm and 9. 5 ram, and the mass ratio of above two particles is 1 : 1. Furthermore the results also shows that with certain particle size of steel slag aggregate, the compressive and flexural strength of concrete with steel slag powder and aggregate decreased with the in crease in the dosage of steel slag powder, and its appropriate content of steel slag powder range is 10%--20%.
