摘要
本文全面论述了农村工业浪潮对生态环境的污染状况及形成原因，指出防治乡镇工业 污染应从提高全社会环境意识、统一规划、合理布局、控制产业方向与产品结构，加强乡镇企业 环境综合整治、增加环保投入、加强乡镇企业环境管理、增强环保科技投入、严格执法等方面采 取对策．
This artcle gives an allround discussion about the pollution to the environment by the country industry and the cause of it. Some proposals to prevent the pollution are put forward. They are under several aspects: the environment consciousness for the whole nation should be enhanced, unified plan, reasonable composition, industrial direction and products structure should be controlled. Meanwhile, environment of country industry should be tackled in a comprehensive way. Imput for environment protesting should be increased. Strengthen the administration for country industrial environment, increase science and technology in environment protesting and enforce the law strictly etc.
