摘要
本文针对复杂对象反求工程中散乱点数学模型无法与其他通用CAD/CAM系统进行数据交换的瓶颈问题,提出了一种基于等参数分割原理的复合三角Beizer曲面重构NURBS曲面的技术。利用递归分割原理将复合三角曲面模型转化为若干块G1光滑拼接的NURBS曲面模型,实现了三角曲面模型的通用化处理,进一步拓展了反求工程CAD等专门系统的应用范围和水平。
To solve the bottleneck problem of data exchange between scatter-points model in reverse engineering and rectangular domain -based surface in general CAD/CAM system, this paper proposed a NURBS reconstruction technique for composite triangular Beizer surface (CTBS) based on the isoparameter theory. A recursive algorithm was presented to convert the CTBS model into G1 NURBS patches that were smoothly merged. With the NURBS patches, the CTBS can be directly output to the general commercial CAD/CAM systems. The algorithm presented in this paper will eventually promote the application of reverse engineering CAD system where the CTBS are commonly used.
