P/Cr比值在重度妊娠高血压综合征患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨P/Cr比值在重度妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者中的应用价值,为诊断和治疗重度妊高征患者提供重要的依据。方法:回顾性分析2008年12月-2011年11月在我院收治的60例重度妊高征孕妇,另外选60例正常孕妇,分为两组:试验组和对照组各60例,比较两组患者的P/Cr(g/L)比值和Uca/Cr比值的预测结果。结果:(1)试验组的P/Cr (4.25±3.26)g/L比值明显高于对照组的P/Cr (0.68±1.14)g/L;但是试验组重度妊高征孕妇的Uca/Cr(3.56±3.17)g/L比值与对照组正常孕妇的Uca/Cr (3.29±3.05)g/L比值接近。(2)P/Cr(g/L)比值和Uca/Cr比值对于试验组和对照组在阳、阴性预测率方面相比较,无明显差异。结论:P/Cr比值在预测重度妊高征方面具有重要的临床价值,为治疗重度妊高征患者提供了重要的依据,有利于妊高征患者得到及时的治疗,提高患者的治愈率。 Objective:To study value of P/Cr ratio in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.Provide an important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension patients.Methods:Retrospective analysis from December 2008 to November 2011 in our hospital 60 cases of pregnant women with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension,and another selected 60 normal pregnant women,divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group 60 cases,the two groups were comparedthe prediction results of the ratio of P/Cr(g/L) and UCa/Cr ratios.Results:(1)The test group P/Cr (4.25± 3.26)g/L were significantly higher than the P/Cr (0.68±1.14)g/L;However, the test group of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension in pregnant women UCa/Cr (3.56± 3.17) g/L ratio with the control group of normal pregnant women UCa/Cr (3.29±3.05)g/L ratio approaching.(2)P/Cr (g/L) ratio and UCa/Cr ratio for the test group and the control group in a positive,negative predictive rate compared,no significant difference.Conclusion:P/Cr ratios have important clinical value in the prediction of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension,provides an important basis for the treatment of patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.Favor pregnancy hypertension patients receive timely treatment,to improve the cure rate of patients.
