摘要
近年来亚健康问题渐成为国内外学者关注的热点,亚健康状态评价是亚健康研究的重要内容之一。而目前国内外关于亚健康状态评价的方法尚未形成公认的统一标准,有主观的量表评价法和客观评价方法,作者就目前亚健康状态常用的评价方法进行概述,以期寻找有效的测定和评价方法。
