摘要 以问题为中心的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)是以教师为引导,以学生为主体的自主学习,具有独特的教学优势,但根据我国的实际现状,要在各个学科全面实质性的应用PBL教学还存在诸多条件限制。因此,还必须得采取传统教学方法与PBL以及其它现代教学方法相结合的模式。文章探讨了肿瘤学将以授课为基础的教学(lecture-based learning,LBL)结合PBL教学,充分应用两者的长处以取得较好的教学效果。LBL和PBL联合教学适合现阶段的肿瘤学教学。 Problem-based learning(PBL) is a self-directed learning guided by teachers. It has unique advantages in teaching as compared with the conventional teaching methods. Based on the actual situation of education in China, there are still many con- straints in applying PBL in all subjects. Therefore, the traditional teaching methods combined with PBL or other modern teaching methods should be adopted at the same time in the teaching of Oncology. The teaching effect of PBL with lecture-based learning (LBL) in oncology is discussed. PBL and LBL double-track teaching mode is suitable for oncology at present.
