摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者抑郁发生状况及其与血脂水平之间的关系。方法检测每位入选者的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对每位高血压患者进行抑郁评分,根据评分结果再分为抑郁组、无抑郁组2个亚组,将所有结果进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,抑郁组及无抑郁组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均明显升高(均P<0.05);HDL-C低于对照组但差异没有统计学意义。在高血压抑郁组、无抑郁组间TC差异亦有统计学意义[(5.03±1.13)比(5.65±1.69)mmol/L,P<0.05)];TG、LDL-C水平均差异无统计学意义。相关分析显示SDS评分与TC、TG、LDL-C有负相关趋势但无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论抑郁可能影响血脂代谢,可能是高血压的危险因素。
Objective To explore the correlation between depression rating and levels of lipids in patients with hypertensive. Methods The levels of serum total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride TG) , high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were examined in 178 participants by biochemistry department. Scale on each enrolled for de- pression rating with Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). According to the results of depression, all hypertension patients will be further divided into depression subgroup, no depression subgroup, all the results will be analyzed statistically. Results The con- centrations of TG ,TC and LDL-C in hypertensive group were significantly higher than the control group( all P 〈 0.05 ). The difference of HDL-C was no significant(P 〉 0.05). The concentrations of TC in depression snbgroup were significantly lower than no depression subgroup [ (5.03 ± 1.13 ) vs (5.65± 1.69) mmol/L,P 〈 0.05 ) ]. The difference of TG, LDL-C were no significant between depression subgroup and no depression subgroup ( P 〉 0.05 ). Score of SDS was negative correlated with TC, TG and LDL-C, but there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Depression maybe affect lipid metabolism, the depres- sion maybe a risk factor for hypertensive.
