摘要
采用XRD分析了磷化膜封孔后的物相组成,利用浸泡实验和电化学极化曲线等分析了膜层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,封孔时,基体参与反应形成了MgSiO3,封孔处理明显改善了钙系膜层的质量,膜层的耐腐蚀性能得到进一步增强。
The phase composition of phosphate conversion coating film after sealing treatment was studied with XRD. Corrosion resisitance of the films was studied by immersion and electrochemical polarization curve test. The results show that the substrate reacts with the sealing reagent and the corrosion resistance of phosphating conversion coating of magnesium alloys is improved through sealing treatment.
