AlSi9合金泡沫的二次发泡工艺及力学性能研究

摘要 采用二次发泡法制备AlSi9合金泡沫,对制备过程及影响孔结构的因素进行分析。研究了熔体温度、TiH2处理温度、TiH2搅拌分散时间、二次发泡温度和发泡时间对AlSi9合金泡沫孔结构变化的影响规律,得出了试验条件下优化的工艺参数配置。进行了AlSi9合金泡沫压缩性能测试,获得了孔隙率65%~77%AlSi9合金泡沫的压缩应力-应变曲线,并对AlSi9合金泡沫的压缩过程进行分析。 A1Si9 foams were fabricated by two step foaming process. The relationship between cell structures and processing parameters such as melt temperature, heat-treated temperature of Till2, dispersion time of Till2, two step foaming temperature, foaming time were studied. The effects of processing parameters on the cell structure, optimized fabricating processing parameters were obtained. The mechanical properties of AISi9 foams alloy with porosity of 65%-77% were tested, and the compression process of the alloy was analyzed.
