摘要
目的:利用近红外光谱建立一种快速测定山茱萸水分含量的方法。方法:采用烘干法测定山茱萸样品中的水分含量,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立其含量与近红外光谱之间的校正模型,对山茱萸样品中的水分含量进行快速测定。结果:通过比较不同的建模参数,优化模型,建立水分模型的相关系数(R2),校正均方差(RMSEC)和预测校正均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.990 52,0.297,0.819。结论:该方法具有简便快速、准确、无损的特点,可应用于大批量山茱萸药材中水分的快速检测。
Objective: To determine moisture in Fructus Corni rapidly by Near infrared Spectroscopy. Method: Drying method was used as a reference method to determine the content of moisture in Fructus Corni. In this study,NIR spectra of the powdered Fructus Corni were collected,and the PLS was developed to correlate the spectra and the corresponding values determined by the reference method. Result: The correlation coefficient(R2) of the calibration model of NIR Spectroscopy for moisture was 0.990 52,the root-mean-square error of prediction was 0.297,the prediction mean square error was 0.819. Conclusion: The parameters of the model were also discussed. The overall results show that NIR spectroscopy combined with PLS can be efficiently utilized for rapid and accurate analysis of water in Fructus Corni. Simultaneously,the research can serve as the technical support and the foundation of quantitative analysis of other NIR applications.
