摘要
精益教学管理是以精益思想为指导,通过消除浪费,提高工作效率和管理效能。即仅仅在必要时,利用最小最合理的资源,采用合理的服务和监管手段,为服务对象提供最优质的服务,实现师生满意,顾客满意。本文以教学管理工作中新生报到注册和听课流程为例,分别采用价值流分析方法和BPR和ECRS分析方法对管理流程进行深入分析,发现问题并提出改进措施。
Lean teaching management is guided by lean thinking, through eliminating waste, improving work efficiency and management efficiency. That is only when necessary, the use of the smallest and most reasonable resources and regulatory services, using reasonable means for clients to provide the best quality services, to achieve students and teachers＇ satisfaction,and customer＇s satisfaction. In this paper, take the freshmen registration and lectures process in the management of teaching for example, uses of value stream analysis methods BPR and ECRS analytical methods to deeply analyze the management processes, identify problems and suggest improvements.
