摘要
目的 对比研究串联国产Excel、Partner支架与串联国产双Excel支架治疗冠脉长病变的临床疗效.方法 串联双Excel支架置入组59例,串联Excel、Partner支架置入组55例,比较两组在围手术期心肌酶学升高、心绞痛发作及主要心血管事件的发生情况,以及在支架术后6个月接受冠状动脉造影随访情况.结果 共120例患者纳入对比研究,因个人原因退出研究6人,共114例患者接受随访并于6个月后行冠脉造影.围手术期心肌酶学升高两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.591);围手术期心绞痛发作两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.812);MACE事件率两组差异无统计学意义(P=1.00);靶血管再狭窄率差异无统计学意义(P=0.943).对影响长病变支架再狭窄因素的多元logistic回归分析发现,冠心病家族史(OR=3.402,P=0.048)和支架长度(OR=1.220,P=0.000)是对支架内再狭窄影响最大的危险因素.结论 串联双Excel、Partner支架与串联双Excel支架治疗冠脉长病变的临床疗效相同.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tandem homemade Excel and Partner stent vs tandem homemade double Excel for treating long segmental lesions of coronary artery. Methods 59 patients were treated with tandem double Excel stent, 55 patients were treated with tandem Excel and Partner stent. All patients were received coronary angiography 6 months after stents implant. The level of serum myocardial zymogram,the quantity of angina pectoris attacks, the quantity of mayor adverse cardiovascular events and the condition of stent were compared in two groups. Results The study population were consisted of 120 pa- tients. Six patients withdrew from the study for their own reasons. Finally, 114 patients were followed up. An- giographic follow up was executed to the patients after 6 months. The serum myocardial enzymogram, the quantity of angina pectoris attacks, the quantity of mayor adverse cardiovascular events and the condition of stent were no significantly different between the two groups. A logistic regression model analysis show that the significant risk factors for angiographic predictors of restenosis were family history of coronary heart disease (0R=3.402, P=0.048) and length of stent(OR= 1.220, P=0.000). Conclusion Tandem homemade Excel, Partner stent is similar clinical effect compared with tandem double homemade Excel for treating long seg-mental lesions of coronary artery.
