下颌埋伏阻生尖牙的正畸治疗 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨下颌埋伏阻生尖牙的正畸治疗方法。方法:应用直丝弓矫治技术对2005—2012年就诊于广东省深圳市牙科医疗中心的7例患者的8颗下颌埋伏阻生尖牙进行矫治。结果:8颗下颌阻生尖牙都顺利矫正至正常位置,牙髓活力正常,无明显牙周附着丧失,尖牙及邻牙牙根未见明显吸收,咬合关系良好。结论:正畸牵引是治疗下颌埋伏阻生尖牙的有效手段。 Objective:To study the orthodontic treatment of impacted lower canines.Methods:The datum of 7 patients (8 impacted lower canines) from 2005 to 2012 were collected and studied.All patients were treated with straight-wire appliance.Results:After treatment,all of 8 impacted lower canines were corrected to the normal position with normal pulp,without periodontal attachment loss,without obvious resorption of canine and the adjacent tooth roots,with good occlusion.Conclusions:Orthodontic treatment is effective for impacted lower canines.
