摘要
目的:探讨下颌埋伏阻生尖牙的正畸治疗方法。方法:应用直丝弓矫治技术对2005—2012年就诊于广东省深圳市牙科医疗中心的7例患者的8颗下颌埋伏阻生尖牙进行矫治。结果:8颗下颌阻生尖牙都顺利矫正至正常位置,牙髓活力正常,无明显牙周附着丧失,尖牙及邻牙牙根未见明显吸收,咬合关系良好。结论:正畸牵引是治疗下颌埋伏阻生尖牙的有效手段。
Objective：To study the orthodontic treatment of impacted lower canines.Methods：The datum of 7 patients （8 impacted lower canines） from 2005 to 2012 were collected and studied.All patients were treated with straight-wire appliance.Results：After treatment,all of 8 impacted lower canines were corrected to the normal position with normal pulp,without periodontal attachment loss,without obvious resorption of canine and the adjacent tooth roots,with good occlusion.Conclusions：Orthodontic treatment is effective for impacted lower canines.
