摘要
目的探讨化疗加放疗和单纯放疗对中晚期食管癌 5年生存率的影响。方法 380例中晚期食管癌病人分单放组和放化组 ,单放组剂量 6 0～ 70GY ,放化组于放疗前 2周应用DDP 180mg ,5 Fu 10g ,Pym 14 4mg ,放疗剂量同单放组。结果两组病人 1、3、5年生存率均有差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论放疗前应用化疗能提高中晚期食管癌的 5年生存率。
Objective To study the effect of radio chemotherapy and radiotherapy on middel advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods 380 cases of middel advanced esophageal carcinoma were allocated into two groups,radiotherapy group and radio cemotherapy group.Radiotherapy group was given radiation of 60～70GY,radio chemotherapy group was given DDP 180mg 5 Fu 10mg,pym 144mg,two weeks before the same dose of irradiation.Results 1,3 and 5 years survive rate of two groups had significant difference.P<0.05.Conclusions Chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy improves five year survival rate of middle advanced period esophageal carcinoma.
