摘要
超限高层建筑的特点是层数多、体积大、功能繁杂及火灾危险性高。如何确定适合的消防系统形式以及在系统设计过程中如何考虑机房、设备及管路系统,是决定消防系统可靠性的关键。通过对比串联加压供水系统及重力水箱供水系统,并结合某一超限高层建筑消防系统设计实例,介绍了该项目各消防系统设计要素及在设计过程中的心得体会。最后对超限高层建筑消防系统的设计重点、难点进行了梳理及汇总,供设计借鉴参考。
The super high-rising building has many characteristics including many floors, high volume, complicated functions, and high fire risk. How to determine the proper fire-prevention system type and how to design the pump station, equipment, and plumbing system would be the key points for fire prevention system stability. By comparing the cluster pressured water supply system and gravity-water-tank water supply system and taking reference from the practical fire prevention system design of some super high-rising building, this paper described the key points of this fire prevention system design and the experiences during the designing. Finally, this paper summarized the key points and difficulties of the fire prevention system of the super high-rising buildings, which might offer reference for the similar design.
