摘要
为满足先进制造和先进能源技术领域对创新性人才培养的迫切需求,对电力电子与电力传动实践教学进行了改革探索。论文以先进测控技术为主线,围绕分布式电源、电力负荷控制和电能质量调节等关键技术构建实践教学平台,采取"问题为导向、项目为组织"的实施原则对其核心硬软件技术进行自主研发,并结合V模式践行CDIO理念,形成了"做中学、学中做"教学模式,建立过程与结果并重的综合评价考核机制。本教学改革以若干组学生参加的创新实践项目为例对实施方案进行评估,发现通过创新实践教学,学生不仅获得了实验室工作的第一手经验,并且具备了一定的规划、组织和实施能力,强化了"四种能力"的培养。
To meet the emergent demands of innovation personnel for the domain of advanced manufacture and energy, a reform exploration for practice education of the power electronics and electrical drive is proposed. Concerning on the key technologies of distribute generation, load control, power quality control etc. , a new curriculum as well as the practice platform is constructed with the advanced measurement and control technology. It is running problem oriented; project organized teaching programs for students being able to develop the core software and hardware technique. The CDIO notion is put in practice with the V-mode. The education mode of "learning in practicing, practicing in learning" is formed, and the synthetical assessment mechanism is constructed considering both the process and results. During the education reform, several innovation practice programs are selected to evaluate the executive plan, which are participated in by the students. The results show that students can not only get hands-on skills of laboratory but also the ability of planning, organizing, and implementation, with "four abilities" strengthened.
