摘要 传统的选垫方法已经不能满足现代化生产的要求。在分析自动变速箱换挡制动器的结构及装配工艺的基础上,研制出一种选垫测量机。该测量机可满足工件测量要求,并可对装配完成的工件进行复检,确保装配完成后,制动器的分离间隙满足装配要求。运用测量能力指数C g值和MATLAB对实验结果进行分析,证明该设备具有较高的测量精度和装配效率,从而大大提高了变速箱的生产效率及装配质量。 The requirements in modern manufacturing can not be met by the traditional selection pad method. Based on analysis of the structure and assembly process of the automatic transmission shift brake, a selected pad measuring machine was developed. The requirements in the workpiece measurement could be met by this machine, and re-examination for the workpiece assembled could be done, so as to ensure that after the completion of the assembly, the brake separation clearance met assembly requirements. By using measurement capability index Cs and MATLAB, the experimental results were analyzed. It is proved that the device has a high meas- urement accuracy and assembly efficiency, thus the efficiency and quality of assembly of the transmission are improved greatly.
