摘要
目的:观察利咽解毒方治疗头颈部放疗所致急性口腔黏膜炎的临床效果。方法:给予患者利咽解毒方煎剂口服,同时配合该方的片剂含服至放疗结束后1周。结果:接受治疗的患者急性口腔黏膜炎的评定结果明显好于预期,患者口稍干,粘膜轻度充血,口腔轻度疼痛,可进干食。结论:利咽解毒方对于治疗头颈部放疗所致急性口腔黏膜炎有一定效果,值得临床使用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Liyan Jiedu recipe on treating acute oral mucositis resulted from head and neck radiotherapy. Methods： The patients were given the Liyan Jiedu decoction plus the tablets of this recipe for 1 week after radiotherapy. Results： The results were significantly better than expected. Patient＇s mouths were slightly dry, hyperemia was mild mucosal, oral cavity with mild pain. Can feed dry foodstuffs. Conclusion： The Liyan Jiedu recipe has a certain effect on acute oral mucositis and is worthy of clinical application.
