摘要
椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕是临床上的常见病、多发病,中医药对VBI性眩晕有较好的临床疗效。文献显示常用的基础方包括半夏白术天麻汤、天麻钩藤饮、补中益气汤、当归补血汤等,常用的中药制剂包括丹红注射液、参芎葡萄糖注射液、灯盏细辛注射液等。而且中医针灸、推拿等中医外治法在VBI性眩晕的治疗中亦有较好的疗效,其中以针灸最为突出。
Vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency （VBI） vertigo is a common disease, frequently occurring disease in clinic, TCM has a good curative effect on VBI vertigo. Literature shows the basis of commonly used include Banxia Baizhu Tianrna decoction, Tianma Gouteng Yin, Buzhong Yiqi decoction, Danggui Buxue decoction, including the preparation of TCM commonly used include Dan Hong injection, Salviae Miltiorrhizae liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection of erigeron injection, etc. But Chinese medicine acupuncture, massage and other external treatment of TCM in the treatment of VBI vertigo also have better curative effect, the most prominent of acupuncture and moxibustion.
