摘要
目的探讨皮肤病医院药剂科的药品库存管理措施。方法在药品零库存的基础上利用先进的药品销售管理软件,通过对药品日销量以及购买量的确定降低成本投入,提高经济收益,并严格按照工作流程进行药品库存管理工作。结果本文中的药品库存管理办法,可有效的增加药品效益,提高工作效率,减少资金投入,加快资金运转速率。结论皮肤病医院药剂科实施科学合理的药品库存管理能够有效提高管理效果。
Objective To study the drug inventory management measures of department of pharmacy about institute of dermatology. Methods Based on medicine zero inventory, using advanced pharmaceutical sales management software to make determination of drug sales, purchases, in order to reduce the cost of inputs, improve the economic benefit, and drug inventory management, in strict accordance with the work flow. Results Drug inventory management method in this paper, can effectively increase the drug benefit, improve work efficiency, reduce capital investment, speed up the operation of funds rate. Conclusion Institute of dermatology department of pharmacy, scientific and reasonable implementation of drug inventory management can effectively improve the management effectiveness.
