52例胫骨平台骨折的手术疗效分析

摘要 目的 探讨影响胫骨平台疗效的相关因素.方法 回顾分析2008年8月~2012年8月期间手术治疗并随访的52例胫骨平台骨折患者.根据Schazker分型,Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型24例,Ⅲ型4例,Ⅳ型15例,V型4例,Ⅵ型2例.除Ⅰ型3例在C型臂下闭合复位空心钉内固定外,其余49例均开放复位钢板内固定,关节面复位并植骨.结果 52例均获得8~50个月随访,平均26个月.骨折临床愈合时间4~8个月,平均4.2个月.根据Ghazavi等提出的改良HSS膝关节功能评分评价结果,优32例,良12例,可8例,优良率达到84.16%.结论 手术是治疗胫骨平台骨折非常有效的方法,合理的手术入路、三柱骨折的复位与固定、软组织保护与修复及早期关节功能锻炼是影响疗效的关键.
