摘要
对一维完整单原子链的晶格振动、加入杂质原子后的晶格振动与局域振动模的分布情况以及在自由边界条件下的晶格振动进行了研究。首先介绍了在完整晶格情况下的晶格振动,对一维单原子链进行讨论,并给出明晰的晶格振动图像。然后对完整晶格进行掺杂处理,详细讨论了杂质原子对一维单原子链的晶格振动的影响和杂质所引起的局域振动情况。最后对自由边界条件下一维单原子链的晶格振动进行了讨论。
The lattice vibration of one-dimensional atomic chain, the lattice vibration and the distribution of the localized model after adding impurity atoms, and the lattice vibration under free boundary condition were researched in detail. Firstly, the lattice vibration of integrated lattice was introduced, the one-dimensional monoatomic chain was discussed and clear pictures of the lattice vibration were given. Secondly, the influence of the impurities both on the lattice vibration of one-dimensional atomic chain and on the localized model was discussed. Finally, the lattice vibration of one-dimensional chain was analyzed under the free boundary condition.
