摘要
[目的]观察清热利湿通络汤治疗痛风性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组48例芬必得,300mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组50例清热利湿通络汤(赤芍、黄柏、苍术、半夏、丝瓜络各12g,通草6g,防风10g,茯苓20g,牛膝、冬瓜仁、丹皮、大青叶各15g);灼热红肿、苔黄加细辛3g,丹参、滑石各15g;腹胀加白豆蔻15g,木香10g;1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效18例,有效20例,无效10例,总有效率79.17%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清热利湿通络汤治疗痛风性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]Observed Qingre Lishi Tongluo soup treating gouty arthritis treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,98 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group,48 cases Fenbid,300mg / times,2 times / d,orally. Treatment group 50 cases Qingre Lishi Tongluo soup（Chishao,Huangbai,Cangshu,Banxia,Sigualuo each 12g,Tongcao 6g,Fangfeng 10g,Fuling 20g,Niuxi,Dongguaren,Danpi,Daqingye each 15g）;burning redness,moss Huang Xixin 3g,Danshen,Huashi each15g;bloating plus Baidoukou 15g,Muxiang 10g;1 does / d,decoction 500mL,sooner or later orally. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group 35 cases,effective in 13 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.00%. Control group,18 cases markedly effective in 20 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,total effective rate 79.17%. Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]dampness tongluo treating gouty arthritis,the effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
