摘要
目的探讨提高病案信息利用率的措施,加强病案信息质量管理。方法选取我院在2012年5月至2013年6月在加强病案信息质量管理前后病案信息的利用情况进行比较,并对采取的一些措施进行分析。结果加强病案信息质量管理后病案信息的利用效率明显提高,与之前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案质量是最基础的医疗质量,通过加强病案信息质量管理可以有效提高其信息利用率。
Objective Explore measures to improve the utilization ratio of medical record information, to improve the quality of medical record information management. Methods Select our hospital in May 2012 - June 2013 in strengthening quality of medical record information management of medical record information utilization before and after comparison, and analyzes some measures. Results Improved significantly compared with before the difference, After medical record information to enhance the quality of medical record information management efficiency, has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medical record quality is the most basic ntedical quality, by strengthening quality of medical record information management can effectively improve the utilization rate of its information.
