摘要
“场所”的理念以人的现实生活及其与存在空间的互动效应成为线索让我们重新认识建筑环境存在和发展的缘由及意义。由此审视当前城镇传统街区保护，更新和开发的棘手问题，可以使我们澄清若干重要的认识上的误区。
The concept of Genius Loci focuses on the relationship between the human activities and their existent spaces, which could help us understand the meaning about existence and development of architectural environment. Base on this concept, we can clarify some misunder- standings between the development and conserv- ation of urban traditional blocks.
