铸造金属桩核烤瓷冠修复残根残冠的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨铸造金属桩核修复残根残冠的方法和疗效,以及对保留残根残冠的临床意义。方法 2002年1月至2010年12月间应用铸造金属桩核结合烤瓷全冠的修复方法治疗927例1 143颗牙。观察2年后修复效果,按评价标准分为修复优良和修复失败。在修复失败类中又以有无桩脱落、牙折和根尖炎症状再分为可逆和不可逆性。结果 927例1143颗牙均得到了2年以上的随访观察,修复优良占88.45%(1011/1143),修复失败中不可逆性占22.72%(30/132)。结论铸造金属桩核修复残根残冠是目前临床上利用现有牙根最大限度地提高修复效果的有效途径,已成为临床保存性修复的重要内容。 Objective To study the methods and curative effect of casting post core and the clinical significance of the preservation of residual crowns and roots.Methods Casting post core combined with PFM was applied as a full crown restoration method to treat 927 cases of 1143 teeth from January 2002 to December 2010.After 2 years’ observation of repairing effect,all cases were divided into two types: repair fine and repair failure,according to the evaluation standard.The repair failure type was further divided into reversible and irreversible based on whether the teeth and post core fell off,and what the shape of root inflammation was.Results All 927 cases of 1143 teeth were given 2 years of follow-up,good repair accounted for 88.45%(1011/1143),and irreversibility in repair failure accounted for 22.72%(30/132).Conclusion Casting post core in repairing residual crowns and roots is the clinical use of the existing root to maximize the efficiency in repairing effect,which has become an important part in clinical preservation of teeth.
