摘要
从施工管理办法及管理措施、质量管理体系、培训机制、施工组织设计、分包商选择、检查六个方面分析了目前建筑施工企业管理中存在的问题,指出只有处理好管理问题,才能使建筑施工企业适应市场经济的需求。
This paper analyzed the existing problems of present construction enterprise managers from construction management methods and measures, quality management system, training system, construction organization design, subcontractor selection, check six aspects, pointed out that only deal with management problems, also make the construction enterprise to adapt the demands of market economy.
