摘要
以在建的重庆寸滩长江大桥的承台施工为例,对混凝土水化热机理和影响施工的因素进行了分析,根据温控计算理论,研究了具体可行的温控措施,并对施工阶段的水化热进行了相应的数值分析,指出采用该温控措施减小了混凝土内外温差和结构内部应力。
Taking the cushion cap construction of in-building Chongqing Cuntan Yangze River Bridge as an example, the paper analyzes concrete hydration heat mechanism and factors influencing construction. According to temperature control calculation theory, it studies feasible temperature control measures, carries out corresponding numerical analysis of hydration heat at construction phase. As a result, it reduces internal and exter- nal temperature differences and internal structural stress as well.
