摘要
聚羟基烷酸酯(PHAs)是许多纯种微生物及活性污泥在非平衡生长条件下作为碳源和能源贮存在细胞内的胞内贮存物。PHAs具有可完全生物降解性、生物相容性,可以替代传统的塑料运用于众多领域,因而引起科研领域和工业界的广泛关注。文章主要综述了PHAs分析方法的研究进展,包括PHAs的物理化学性质、生产工艺和定性定量的分析方法。
Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs)are intracellular storage produced by pure microbial and activated sludge under growth-limiting conditions,used as carbon resource and energy. PHAs,as promising biomaterials,have recently attracted much attention due to their excellent biodegradability,biocompatibility and capability of replacing synthetic polymers. Recent development of PHAs was reviewed, including physicochemical properties, production process, and qualitative and quantitative analytical method of PHAs.
