摘要
为解决苎麻联合收割机切割器漏割、切割效率低等问题,本文设计了一种苎麻联合收割机的切割器,并运用ProE软件中Mechanism模块对其进行运动仿真分析和Mechanica模块对其进行结构分析,将运动仿真和结构分析的结果以图表的形式输出,为苎麻联合收割机切割器的优化设计提供了论理依据。
In order to solve the problem of leaking cut and cut inefficiencies on cutter of ramie combine harvester, this paper design a cutter of ramie combine harvester, and make use of the mechanism in proe software modules for kinematics simulation, and make use of the mechanica in proe software modules for structural analysis, the kinematics simulation and structural analysis of results output in the form of a chart, the results can be taken as a reference for the design of cutter of ramie combine harvester.
