介绍了在SIMOTION D等时同步机制下,多个控制器间通过PROFIBUS-DP实现的分布式多轴同步技术;阐述了将分布式多轴同步技术应用于160轴的多向不规则波造波机系统的可行性设计;详细说明了如何实现系统中控制器间的时钟同步以及所有电机能够同时启动运行,提高了SIMOTION系统中驱动电机的数量,实现了每个电机能够同步运行独立的运行曲线的控制要求。
This article describes the distributed multi axis synchronous--technology that through PROFIBUS DP interface and under time synchronization control mechanism of SIMTOION D controller. Elaborates, using this technology, the feasibility design of large multi-- direction wave--maker that contains 160 axes. And detailed introduces how to achieve clock synchronization among controllers in this sys tem and all the axes can synchronous run. Achieved the control requirement that increase the number of the axes in the system and every axiscan synchronous run there own in curve.
