摘要
目的:分析总结肌内注射甲氨蝶呤联合口服米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:选择68例异位妊娠患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例,其中治疗组肌注甲氨蝶呤配合辅以口服米非司酮,对照组单纯肌注甲氨蝶呤。结果:治疗组共治愈31例,高于对照组的28例,治疗组平均住院时间为12±6天,低于对照组的17±9,治疗组患者共出现11例胃肠道反应、2例口腔溃疡,不良反应发生率为38.2%,高于对照组的8例、1例及26.5%,所有不良反应均在采取对症治疗后症状消失。结论:肌注甲氨蝶呤配合口服米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床疗效肯定,大幅减少了治疗时间,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze and summarize the clinical effect of intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods：68 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, divided into treatment group and control group, 34 cases in each group, the treatment group with intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with mifepristone, the control group only intramuscular injection of methotrexate. Results：The treatment group 31 cases were cured, 28 cases were higher than that of control group, the treatment group the average hospitalization time was 12 ± 6 days, lower than that of the control group 17 ±9, patients in the treatment group there were 11 cases of gastrointestinal reaction, 2 cases of oral ulcer, adverse reaction rate of 38.2%, higher than that of the control group of 8 cases in 1 cases, and 26.5%, all adverse reactions are taking the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions： Intramuscular injection of methotrexate combined with clinical efficacy of oral mifepristone treatment of ectonic nrea＇nancv, reduced treatment time. to alleviate the sufferinz of natients, is worthy of clinical application.
