摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的进步和发展,水电站建设在我国社会发展中发挥着越来越关键的作用。水电站是将水能转化为电能的综合工程设施,现今很多水电站不仅具有发电功能,还同时具有防洪泄洪、航运灌溉、养殖等功能。随着社会用电量的增加和科学技术的发展,部分水电站的发电能力和综合自动化程度已经难以满足当前的需求。为了改变这种现状,必须要对现有的水电站进行改造升级建设,提升其电力生产和自动化能力,以满足新时代我国经济发展以及人们生活中的用电需求。
Along with the progress and development of the socialist market economy in China, the hydropower station construction plays an increasingly key role in the social development. Hydropower station is the comprehensive engineering facility that turns water into electrical energy, nowadays, many hydropower stations not only have power function, but also have the functions of flood control, flood discharge, shipping, irrigation, aquaculture, and so on. With the increase of social electricity consumption and the development of science and technology, part of the hydropower stations and integrated automation level have been difficult to meet the current needs. In order to change this situation, we must upgrade the existing hydropower station construction, and improve their ability of electric power production and automation, so as to meet the new demand of economic development and people＇s life in China.
