摘要
本文描述了铝合金熔体在压力驱动下浸渗不同几何形貌强化相过程中的微观流动行为 ;提出了在挤压条件下 ,熔体在强化相预成形块间隙中单向浸渗的流体动力学模型并阐述了浸渗过程的动力学特征。讨论了压力在熔体浸渗强化相间隙过程中的影响 ;阐述了熔体微观流动对熔体动态浸渗强化相间隙及浸渗质量的影响。
In this paper,micro flow behavior of aluminium alloy melt between reinforcement phases with variable geometry under the drive of externally applied infiltration pressure was described,the infiltration hydrodynamic model for squeeze pressurised infiltration was presented.The effects of pressure and melt micro flow on wetting behavior and infiltration process of the melt to the reinforcement were analysed in the light of dynamic wetting behavior between flowing melt and static substrate.
