摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在临时医嘱执行过程中的作用。方法:通过品管圈活动,对临时医嘱执行过程中存在的问题进行改进,并将改进前后临时医嘱执行情况进行比较。结果:临时医嘱准确执行率由实施品管圈活动前的97.90%提高至改进后的99.20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用品管圈质量改进工具可有效提高临时医嘱执行的准确率,而且可以激发圈员学习的主动性和运用品管圈工具解决临床实际问题的能力。
Objective： To explore the effect of quality control circle activities application in improving the temporary order execution accuracy. Methods： Through quality control circle activities, the problems existing in the process of tem- porary orders was developed. The data of the temporary order execution were compared before and after the implementa- tion. Results： The implementation rate was raised from 97.90% to 99.20%. There was significant statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： With the application of quality control circle tools, the temporary orders execution accuracy can be advanced and the ability of members＂ active learning solve actual clinical problems with the professional tools.
