摘要
用线粒体控制区序列对黄河上游玛曲段似鲇高原鳅(Triplophysa siluroides)3个地理种群的遗传多样性和遗传结构进行了分析。扩增出560 bp的片断序列在39个个体中检测到28个多态位点,共界定了10个单倍型。碱基序列总的单倍型多样度较高,为0.861,核苷酸多样度为0.014 19。AMOVA分析显示,96.52%的分子差异位于群体内,遗传分化指数(Fst)值统计检验和系统发育树都表明,3个地理群体之间尚未有显著的遗传分化。建议将黄河上游玛曲段似鲇高原鳅群体作为一个整体进行保护。
The population genetic variations and phylogeographical patterns of 39 Triplophysa siluroides collected from three sites of the Maqu section in upper reaches of Yellow River were investigated. 560 bp sequence was amplified in 39 individuals, and 28 variable sites were detected, and 10 haplotypes were determined. Total haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity were 0. 861 and 0. 01419, respectively. The result of AMOVA analysis showed that 3.48% nlolecular variation was among populations and 96. 52% within populations. The pairwise fixation index (Fst) and phylogenetic tree revealed that there was no Significant genetic differentiation among three populations that three populations have more gene exchange. It was suggested to protect T. siluroides as a whole population.
