摘要
在等温变形条件下 ,研究了形变热处理对 Ti- 10 2 3合金显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明 :形变热处理对 Ti- 10 2 3合金组织细化及室温强度的提高有一定的作用 ,但这种作用较小。此作用较小的原因与近 β型 Ti- 10 2 3合金水冷时细针状马氏体 α〃析出倾向小及等温变形时位错等晶体缺陷密度较低有关。
The effect of deformation heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy Ti 10V 2Fe 3Al afer isothermal forging has been studied. The results indicate that the deformation heat treatment may refine the microstructure and slightly increase the room temperature strength of the alloy . The reason is that the martensite α″ is less after water quenching, and the density of dislocations and other crystal defects are lower after isothermal forging.
