摘要
《明代中央文官制度与文学》是一部由学位论文出版的专著。该书研究制度对文学的影响,虽然颇受奖掖,但实际是部名与实错位、认知有欠缺的产物。论题之"文官制度"作为学术术语,指的是官员仕途管理的人事制度;但全书所写之制度,实为决定政务机关职能的机构制度。从题目与内容的错位可知专著作者对"文官制度"的认知存在重大欠缺,有贪大求异之心而缺乏对专业知识的系统学习与把握,对既有成果也缺乏深入思辨。该专著的出现为交叉研究留下了值得警醒的经验与教训。
Literature and official scholar-bureaucrat system of Ming Dynasty is a monograph based on dissertation.It has been praised by somebody,but actually it's a book whose title mismatches content and the author's comprehension is wrong.The institution decided by the title should be the system for personnel management,but it is system for authority department in the content.The author's pursuit may be big and different to others',but he has not learnt the body of knowledge for official scholar-bureaucrat system,and has no discrimination for others' academic achievement.The defect of the work provides experiences and lessons for our interdisciplinary research.
