摘要
联盟在发挥其创新资源整合优势的同时,也由于联盟成员的差异化而隐含着各种知识冲突。将TRIZ理论思想与FTA方法有机结合,设计冲突管理问题分析与解决流程,从主体、客体、环境视角提取联盟知识冲突要素,据此构建了包含23个底层事件的故障树模型,进而对联盟知识冲突进行识别,明确了关键冲突与核心矛盾,为联盟知识冲突管理提供了一套科学有效的方法体系。
Industry alliance always obscures various knowledge conflicts because of the different alliance members, while alliance plays a role in innovation resources integration. TRIZ theory and FTA method are combined efficiently, afterwards the analysis and solving flow of knowledge conflict management problem is designed. The alliance knowledge conflict factors are extracted from the view of subject, object, environ- ment, accordingly the fault tree model containing 23 bottom events is constructed, and then the key con- flict and core contradiction are defined through alliance knowledge conflict indentification. It provides a scientific and effective method system for alliance knowledge conflict management.
