摘要
LNG汽车供液系统主要采用自增压方式输送液体。考虑到车载LNG气瓶内液位下降而引起供液动力不足,致发动机燃料无法稳定供给,提出了气瓶稳定供气的条件。并建立了稳定供气过程中,空温式气化器气化量与发动机燃料流量的关系式,为LNG汽车自增压系统设计提供了参考。
The self - pressurization is mainly used for the fluid supply system of LNG vehicles. Considering that the decline of liquid level in LNG cylinder will cause the lack of liquid feed power and lead to unstable supply of engine fuel, the conditions about stable fuel supply of vehicles were presented, and the correlation between the gasification quantity of air - heated vaporizer and the fuel flow of engine was established. It will provide a reference for the design of self - pressurization system of LNG vehicles.
