摘要
通过分析斯特林制冷机电控箱的电路、结构特点,重点从抑制干扰源、减少耦合途径和提高敏感电路的抗干扰能力三方面对斯特林制冷机电控箱进行设计,保证了斯特林制冷机电控箱的电磁兼容性能,通过试验测试及电路改进,电控箱的EMC性能满足指标要求,斯特林制冷机整机通过了国军标GJBl51A-97规定的EMC试验。
According to the analysis on controller~ characteristic of Stirling cryocooler in circuitry and machinery, the paper described EMC design for controller of Stifling cryocooler in terms of suppressing electromagnetic disturbance, eliminating cou- pling path and improving system anti disturbance of the sensitive circuits, which ensured the EMC performance of the controller. After EMC test and circuits improvement, the controller could meet the EMC performance requirements. Then the Stifling cryo- cooler system passed EMC test of GJB151A -97.
