摘要
针对电厂大型发电机设备损坏后的修复,探讨了发电机转子密封段轴径磨损的焊补工艺,并采用电火花堆焊工艺现场修复,获得满意效果和成功经验。
The power industry is a key industry for China national economy . In order to develop the maintenance technique for high - power generators, the new process -electro- spark deposition on damaged bearing section of rotator is introduced and discussed by this paper. The repair result and achievement of new process in the site are satisfactory and beneficial .
