摘要
以"辽园多丽"番茄为试材,研究了不同根区通气空间对番茄植株根系氮代谢的影响。结果表明:拱架高度20cm(T2)的通气处理,番茄植株根系的铵盐、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量均较高,且根系内铵盐、硝酸盐和游离氨基酸含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势;该处理下番茄植株根系硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性也均较高。说明适宜的通气空间能够促进植株根系氮代谢和蛋白质合成,从而促进植株生长发育。
Taking tomato of ' Liaoyuanduoli' as material, nitrogen metabolism of the root under different root-zone aeration space treatments were studied. The results showed that the content of ammonium, nitrate,free amino acids and soluble protein of tomato root were higher under 20 cm arch height(T2) treatment. Therefore,root-zone aeration methods might significantly promote nitrogen metabolism and protein synthesis in the root, which might be one of the main reasons to increase the growth and development of tomato plant.
