摘要
基于对国内乳品行业的原料奶供应、生产加工、消费、贸易等相关数据及文献进行研究,分析了我国乳品行业发展现状及存在的问题,并给出了政策建议,旨为引导奶牛产业的健康发展提供借鉴。
Based on the relevant data and documents on the raw milk supply, production and processing, consumption and foreign trade,we analyze the current situation and problems of the dairy industry and give some advice.We hope it may provide guidance for the healthy de- velopment of milk industry.
