摘要
本文认为 ,在按劳分配原则实施过程中除了要考虑劳动时间、产出数量等衡量工作量的因素外 ,还应考虑劳动强度、智力疲劳、工作压力感、员工对报酬差距及竞争压力的心理承受能力等一些生理心理因素 ,以大大提高按劳动分配的实际应用效果。
This article aims to point out drawbacks of labor quantitative norms and put forward a labor quantitative formula of multiplication mode,which focuses on the abstract:distribution according to work,which serves as a stimulus for further exertion,is one of deduction of the relationship between labor:time,intensity,condition and sense of responsibility.Furthermore,it can surpass effectively shortcoming of widespread formula of addition mode in terms of structural wages systems and enable addition mode in terms of structural wages system and enable the principle of distribution according to work to be put into effect successfully
