摘要
通过调查不同浓度蚯蚓体腔液处理下朝天椒、菜心两种蔬菜种子的发芽及萌发结束时幼苗发育状况,初步了解蔬菜在种子萌发阶段对施用蚯蚓体腔液的响应。结果表明,蚯蚓体腔液对朝天椒和菜心种子萌发和幼苗生长均有一定的影响,总体表现为"低促高抑"的现象,但阈值出现的蚯蚓体腔液浓度不同,这可能与种子本身的萌发周期和萌发特性有关。用去离子水将蚯蚓体腔液稀释50倍处理(T2)对两种蔬菜种子发芽率、芽伸长和根伸长的促进效应最明显。
In order to explain the effect of earthworm coelomic fluid on vegetable seed, this paper focused on the seed germination of two vegetables (Brassica parachinensis and Capsicum frutescens var.) under the stress of coelomic fluid secreted from earthworm (Eiseniafoetida). The results showed that earthworm coelomic fluid could effect the vegetable seed germination, growth and development of seedlings. Water-cultured germination experiment also indicated that low concentration of earthworm coelomic fluid could promote germination of plants, while high concentration restrain. However, threshold occurred in different concentration of earthworm coelomic fluid, which was probably related with seed germination period and characteristics. T2 treatment (2% V/V of earthworm coelomic fluid & deionized water) displayed the most significant effect on the seed germination and seedling growth and development of the two vegetables.
