摘要
将表面成膜型防腐涂料涂刷于混凝土表面,测试紫外光、热老化前后涂层试件的吸水率和氯离子扩散系数,研究了不同类型防腐涂层的耐老化性能。结果表明,随着热老化和紫外老化时间的延长,涂层试件的吸水率和氯离子扩散系数均显著增大,紫外老化对涂层的性能影响更为明显;不同类型防腐涂层的耐老化性能差异较大。
The surface-film-forming anticorrosive coating was painted on the surface of marine concrete. The aging resistance of different anticorrosive coatings was evaluated by the water absorption and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the coated specimens before and after ultraviolet (UV) and thermal aging. Results show that both the water absorption and chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the coated specimens can increase remarkably with the extension of UV and thermal aging time. Compared with the thermal aging,the UV aging affects the properties of the coating more obviously. The aging resistance of different antieorrosive coatings is diverse.
