摘要
目的了解开腹子宫肌瘤患者术后感染情况,并对术后感染的相关危险因素进行分析。方法对行开腹子宫肌瘤手术的112例患者,观察术后切口是否出现感染,将112例患者分为感染组36例,和未感染组76例,对所有入组患者的临床资料进行综合分析。结果大于60岁的手术患者,术后发生感染的几率明显高于小于60岁的患者(P<0.05);病程方面,术后发生感染患者的病程明显长于未感染组(P<0.05);感染组患者并发症发生率显著低于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);切口长度、术前抗生素使用情况以及术后复发与术后感染存在密切联系,比较感染组和未感染各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引起子宫肌瘤患者术后切口感染的危险因素较多,掌握引起切口感染的危险因素,采取相应的预防措施,可减少切口感染的发生。
Objective To explore the situation of postoperative infection in patients with uterine myoma after open operation, and to ana- lyze the related risk factors of postoperative infection. Methods A total of 112 patients with uterine myoma in this hospital undergoing operation of uterine myoma, and their incision infection had been observed, these 112 patients were divided into infection group （n = 36 cases）, and non - infection group （ n = 76 cases） , and their clinical data were comprehensively analyzed. Results The chance of postoperative infection in patients over 60 years was significantly higher than that of patients less than 60 years old （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the probability of postoperative infection in pa- tients with good physical condition was significantly lower than those with poor physical condition （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of non - infected group, their difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The length of incisions, preop- erative application of antibiotics as well as intraoperative and postoperative infection in emergency situations were closely correlated to postoperative infection, and the difference between infected group and non - infected group was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There are many risk factors for the occurrence of infection in incisions caused by operation in patients with hysteromyoma, thus it is important to grasp the risk factors causing infection of incisions, and take appropriate preventive measures, thus it can reduce the occurrence of wound infection.
