基于GPS/GPRS采棉机监控终端设计与应用

摘要 通过对多种型号的采棉机供电电源及风机等关键设备的输出信号特点进行分析,设计出一套适用于多种型号采棉机的监控终端。终端采用STM32F101C8处理器作为核心控制单元,集成GPS定位和GPRS通信模块,可获取位置信息、风机转速及采头升降等状态信息,与监控中心构成采棉机远程监控系统。经实际应用证明,其性能稳定且可靠。 By analyzing the output signal characteristic of the power, fan, and other key equipment of many types cotton picker machine, this paper designs a monitoring terminal which is suitable for various types of cotton picker machine. Using STM32FlO1 C8 processor as the core control unit, the terminal integrates GPS positioning and GPRS communication module, which can obtain the position, fan speed, and Picking head lift such status information. What' s more, it can constitute cotton picker machine remote monitoring system together with the monitoring terminal center, it is stable and reliable via practical application in cotton picker machines.
