摘要
体育事业是人们体育公共需求的集合,需要政府公共财政的保障来弥补其市场失灵。在分析体育事业概念内涵的基础上,运用德尔菲法构建出体育事业公共财政保障的内容体系,进而采用层次分析法确定我国体育事业公共财政保障内容的优先顺序。
Sports business is a collection of people＇s sports cial support to make up other market failure. Based on the ness, the paper constructs public finance protecting content method and defines the prior order of public finance security public demand, which needs governmental public finan- analysis of the concept and connotation of sports busi- system for sports business in China by using the Delphi content for sports business by using the AHP method.
